Baby room all fitted up nice like, flossing the crib, then ..  one of the many windy monsoons we have out here in Pittsburg is blowing and  I feel the unmistakeable draft coming from the existing window. Checked here, called a few, then ran solo until I paid a visit to their showroom where I was schooled on the ins and outs,ups and downs of windows. Immediately scheduled an appointment with the owner of West Coast Windows(Richard).    I immediately felt this gentlemen knew his stuff, very easy going, personable and accommodated a later appointment.  Provided a very reasonable bid, explained any possible hiccups, and off he went. Wifey and I looked at each other, rubbed some schillings together and scheduled MULTIPLE windows to be replace.
Jarod and Tim arrived on the scheduled day, got to work and handled their business like it should be done. Very courteous to my wife, very clean, and made sure to leave no trace of their guest appearance.  There is the scratch mark on the new small casement window in the master bathroom, but I've learned to live it.
Now that was a couple months ago (as I like to really test things out before  giving props), and I am still mucho satisfied and couldn't recommend them fast enough to anyone looking for Fantastic product, no BS, Clean, and just a pleasant experience."
